  • Free shipping is only valid to destinations within New Zealand.
  • To qualify, your order must be greater than $200 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges.

  • This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery.

DELIVERY METHODS & SHIPPING COSTS

We have made it easy for you with national standard flat fee shipping on all items. However, flat fees differ for rural and urban areas of New Zealand.
We offer free drop off service to Urban areas of Hamilton, New Zealand or free delivery for order over $200 NZD nation wide.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANce

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Growth Mitra accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items must be delivered via Couriers.

You can manage your delivery via Courier Post.

Once your parcel has been confirmed delivered by Courier Post you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Couriers Post. Please allow 2 – 5 business days. Rural areas may require additional 1-2 days.

Big & Bulky, Oversize products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 – 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address.
Our couriers deliver weekdays only.

SPLIT DELIVERIES & MULTIPLE CONSIGNMENTS.

Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied in multiple Growth Mitra packages. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required. 

ORDER TRACKING

All Standard and Big & Bulky orders are dispatched using our primary delivery partner Couriers Post.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from Growth Mitra containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please contact Customer Care via email at contact@growthmitra.com or fill a form using the contact us option from our online store.

Once you have your consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel by visiting the ‘Track my order‘  page on website or entering the consignment number into the Couriers Post website delivery tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Growth Mitra is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an New Zealand address.
